Turmeric contains curcumin, the active that has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and wound healing properties. 


VetActiv8 Joint Care Medistrength comes in a liquid format enabling buccal administration (the dose is squirted between the gum and cheek) allowing it to be quickly absorbed into your dog’s blood stream, and avoid the digestive tract where actives can be destroyed by gastric acids. For cats it is recommended to put recommended dose on top of food.


Curcumin7Advanced, contains 7 types of curcuminoids  which include:

  1. Dehydroturmerone derivative

  2. Cyclo bis-demethoxycurcumin

  3. Cyclocurcumin

  4. Hydroxydihydrocurcumin derivative

  5. Bis-demethoxycurcumin

  6. Demethoxycurcumin

  7. Curcumin

 

These seven curcuminoids work synergistically to ensure anti-inflammatory and anti-vasoconstrictive properties are enhanced. By including the seven curcuminoids this also increases the bioavailability of the product.

The extraction process ensures that the formula is very potent, and contains the full spectrum of curcumin’s benefits, whilst ensuring the formula is still 100% natural.
